DIAMOND ACRYLIC EDGE POLISHER

WHY POLISH ACRYLIC PLEXIGLAS EDGES? Eliminates the marks produced in cutting and machining. This process is characterized by eliminating roughness, marks or scratches caused by handling by CNC machining cuts or other saws. In addition to the aesthetic factor, polishing the edges of the plastic removes the imperfections that often cause cracks. Thus, we are not only giving it more shine and transparency but also more resistance.

We can polish the edges of plastics such as polycarbonate, acrylic, PETG, PMMA. PC, PS or other technical plastics, including aluminium.

The work pieces acquire much more light, shine, softness, transparency and therefore higher quality. Our automatic polisher with diamond tools achieves high quality results with a simple pass.
