RETURN POLICY

GUARANTEE RETURNS POLICY:

  • Manufacturer's Warranties: If any product you purchase from us does not perform to its specifications within the time period of our written warranty (usually 12 months), we'll be happy to help you arrange a replacement or repair consistent with your needs . The guarantees only refer to the cost of the material. SF Acrylics does not reimburse labor, machining, decoration, much less freight, as well as any other residual costs of defective material.
  • RMA number requirement: You must obtain an RMA number from us before returning any product. Please contact sales@sfacrylics.com directly for an RMA number. The RMA number must be included with the returned item. All returns can only be received within 14 days after the RMA number is issued.
  • Incoming shipments that require you to issue payment upon receipt of the package from our facility, including but not limited to freight charges, COD charges, shipping fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage/clearing fees, will not be accepted.


30 DAY RETURN POLICY:

  • 30 Day Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund only within 30 days from the date of shipment. We will not accept return requests after said 30 days. Please see the policies below for exceptions to the 30 day return policy.
  • RMA number requirement: You must obtain an RMA number from us before returning any product. Please contact sales@sfacrylics.com directly for an RMA number. The RMA number must be included with the returned item. All returns can only be received within 14 days after the RMA number is issued. Items returned without an RMA number will be subject to additional deductions. The RMA form will give specific and sufficient instructions on how to pack and return the purchases.
  • Unopened Package: Items in unused, mint condition with undamaged factory packaging will receive a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.
  • Opened packages are subject to inspection to determine if credit can be offered and the amount of credit issued for accepted returns will be based on the item and the condition of the packaging. Deductions will apply if packaging material and/or original manufacturer's items are missing, marked or damaged. Returned purchases determined to be unmarketable may not be eligible for a credit and may be returned at the customer's expense. All decisions are at the sole discretion of SF Acrylics.
  • Clearance items are sold as is and may not be returnable in circumstances not covered by warranty.
  • Cut-to-Fit Items: Orders for cut-to-size items cannot be canceled or returned unless faulty.
  • Items not found on our website may fall into any of the above categories. Please inquire about the specific return policy for the item you are ordering if that item is not on our website.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be carefully repackaged and shipped using a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns not received at our facility.
  • Refund Processing Time: Returns and payment refunds will normally be processed within two weeks of receipt.
