SHIPPING POLICY

AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY TIME

  • Stock items ordered before 12:00 p.m. EST, will ship the same business day. In-stock items ordered after 2 p.m. m. EST, will ship the next business day.
  • Fraud detection: Please note that for security and customer protection reasons, there may be an occasional delay in shipping orders with different shipping and billing addresses so that the identity of the cardholder can be verified.
  • Holidays: We are closed and do not ship on the following days: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and the day after, Christmas Eve and Christmas, New Year's Eve and New Years, plus some venues will be closed on Presidents' Day. As well as every Sunday and possibly some Saturdays during the month. Please note that we may also be closed some days before or after these holidays. Please call to inquire about specific holiday hours.
  • Large quantity orders of "in stock" items: Email us at sales@sfacrylics.com or call us between 8am and 5pm ET, Monday through Friday, to confirm availability.
  • Orders containing items in stock and pending orders: We may be able to make partial shipments upon request; however, partial shipments may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Estimated delivery times are estimates only, not guaranteed. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays or problems with the delivery address*.
  • Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. *If any customer action, such as providing an incorrect address or refusing a shipment, results in additional shipping fees, those fees are the customer's responsibility.
  • Lost or damaged items: upon receipt of any package or material, immediately verify the content with the delivery note and the acknowledgment of receipt of your order. Please carefully review all packaging materials to ensure that you do not accidentally drop any items from your order. Lost or damaged items must be reported within 10 business days. We will not be responsible for anything reported after that time. Reports of damaged items must include photographs.
  • If any customer action, such as providing an incorrect address or refusing a shipment, results in additional shipping fees, those fees are the customer's responsibility.

  • We do not guarantee that all information on our website is error-free. While we try to ensure that the information on our site is complete and accurate, there may be errors or omissions. We reserve the right to cancel orders submitted with erroneous information and will notify you of any changes that must be made in order for your order to be processed and shipped.
